Our pricing is simple: 20 hours per week: $199 USD/week + GST 40 hours per week: $299 USD/week + GST There is also a one-off $199 USD recruitment/admin fee when you start. This covers the work involved in understanding the role, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, shortlisting the best options, and helping get the right VA in place.

No long-term lock-in. We only require 7 days’ notice if you want to stop or pause the service. The goal is simple: we want clients to stay because their VA is genuinely helping the business, not because they are trapped in a contract.

Like any hire, there is always a chance the first person is not the perfect fit. If that happens, we help you work through it. Sometimes the issue is solved with clearer instructions, better systems, or more defined expectations. If it is genuinely not the right fit, we will help source a replacement. Our goal is not to just place someone and disappear. We want to help you find reliable offshore support that actually makes your life easier and gives you time back.

No. You do not need to employ the VA directly. WolfPack handles the payment flow and ongoing arrangement. You pay WolfPack, and we handle paying the VA from there. Our margin is built into the weekly service fee, which covers recruitment, coordination, admin, payment handling and ongoing support. This gives you a much simpler setup than hiring directly. You get offshore support without having to manage international payments, contractor admin, or the complexity of trying to hire someone overseas yourself. The VA works with your business day-to-day, but WolfPack remains involved to help manage the relationship and support both sides.

The first invoice includes the one-off $199 USD recruitment/admin fee plus the first week of service paid in advance. After that, clients pay weekly in advance before each work week begins. WolfPack then pays the VA weekly on Fridays, after they have completed that week’s work. This keeps the setup simple and protects everyone involved. The client is always paid up before work starts, the VA is paid consistently each week, and WolfPack handles the payment flow, admin and coordination in between.

Yes. We shortlist candidates, but you approve who joins your business.

Many of our candidates are educated, experienced and highly capable in their own right. Some have degrees, some have worked in admin, customer service, sales support, operations, e-commerce, marketing or other specialised roles. That said, every business is different. We focus on finding someone with the right attitude, communication skills and experience for the role, but they will still need to be shown how your business does things. The best results come when the VA is given clear instructions, access to the right systems, and time to properly understand your way of working. WolfPack helps you define the role clearly from the start so your VA has the best chance of becoming a valuable part of your business.

We recruit based on the hours you actually need. For a 20-hour/week VA, this could look like: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday Example: 12pm–4pm AEST For a 40-hour/week VA, this could look like: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday Example: 8am–4pm AEST or 9am–5pm AEST We can also discuss other schedules depending on your business needs. The key is that the working hours are agreed upfront during the recruitment process, so both you and the VA are clear before anyone starts.

WolfPack pays our VAs fairly, treats them with respect, and focuses on finding capable people who want stable, ongoing work with good businesses. We are not trying to find the cheapest person possible. We are trying to find the right person for the role — someone reliable, intelligent and motivated to stay. That said, no business can guarantee someone will never leave a role. If your VA does move on, we help source a replacement so you are not starting from scratch. Our goal is to build long-term working relationships, but if something changes, we help you get back on track quickly.
